Be aware of the coyotes in Milford.
Coyotes are out in North Milford during the day clearly looking to their next meal. On Tuesday, April 14 at about 6:00 p.m., in the area of Herbert Street, two large coyotes tried to attack a family dog.
One of these coyotes also came within 10 feet of a mother and a 2 year old baby who were playing in the yard. Neighbors should be aware that these wild animals look like large dogs.
