Beverly Weir, age 75, of Milford, beloved wife of the late John Weir, passed away on Sunday August 3, 2014 at home surrounded by her family.
She was born on September 12, 1938 and was the daughter of the late Michael Wargo & Myrtle Patterson Anderson.
Beverly was the co-owner and operator of Donuts Plus of Milford, Stratford and Hamden with her husband John. She later worked for the Milford Jai-Alai until her retirement.
Beverly loved her family most of all, and will be greatly missed.
Beverly is survived by her two daughters, Christine Barbin and her husband LeRoy of Milford and Anna Brown and her husband Dennis of Milford; four grandchildren, Christa and her boyfriend John-Stephen Schneider and Laura Barbin, John and his fiancé Nicole Ellerbeck and Dillon Brown; her brother-in-law Richard Weir of Milford and sister-in-law Doreen Anderson, along with several loving nieces.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday August 6th at12:00 p.m. in St. Mary Church, 70 Gulf Street, Milford, CT 06460. Burial to follow in King’s Highway Cemetery, Milford. Friends and family may call one hour before the Mass from 10:30-11:30 AM at the Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad Street, On the Green, Milford CT 06460.
