Relays lead Foran at Class M swim

Foran High placed 18th at the Class M Championships held at Wesleyan University in Middletown on March 18.
Brookfield won the team title, followed by East Lyme and Torrington.
Eric Hammer was 11th in the 500 freestyle with a seed-busting time of 5:09.59.
Paul Homorodean was 12th in the 50 freestyle in 23.46 and 23rd in the 100 freestyle (52.77).
Drew Corsi was 12th in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:06.28.
Hammer, Corsi, Sam Olsson and Matt Tylutki placed 14th in the 200 medley relay in 1:52.47.
Conor Quinn, Tylutki, Corsi and Hammer took 15th in the 400 freestyle relay (3:37.72).
Quinn, Matt Panettieri, James Coon and Olsson were 18th in the 200 freestyle relay (142.31).
