Milford police arrested Ryan Franko, 30, of Milford on Jan. 8 for allegedly stealing his father’s car.
According to police, officers responded to a Clark Hill Road address Jan. 5 on the complaint of a stolen motor vehicle.
Police say the owner of the vehicle located it in the parking lot of 159 Platt Street on Jan. 8. Officers responded to the scene to investigate and found Franko inside of the vehicle.
According to police, Franko is the son of the vehicle’s owner.
Franko is charged with third degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 2.
