Milford actor Colin Lane will present a performance of Dylan Thomas’ “A Child’s Christmas in Wales” on Monday, Dec. 9, at 2 p.m. and at 7 p.m. at the Milford Public Library.
Lane will be accompanied by festive music by singer and accordionist Rebecca Zaretzky.
The performance is in its fourth season at the Milford Library. The duo has also performed this holiday favorite at other venues around the state.
A veteran actor and Milford resident, Lane has appeared on Broadway, off-Broadway, at most major regional theaters and on film and television. He was most recently seen in the Elm Shakespeare’s production of Julius Caesar.
Zaretzky, an Oxford resident, Lauralton Hall and Boston Conservatory of Music graduate, is a promising young musical theater actress who has appeared in several avant-garde East 4th Street musicals, and with the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival.
This performance is produced by special arrangement with The Dramatic Publishing Company of Woodstock, Illinois.
The event is free and open to the public. Running time is 40 minutes with no intermission. Light refreshments will be served.
