Milford police are searching for two men and took custody of two others for their involvement in a home invasion that occurred at a Kenmore Lane residence on Oct. 26. Police are looking for the public’s assistance in locating the two remaining suspects.
The two men police are seeking are Thomas Hart, 23, of 26 Kenmore Lane, Milford and Joseph Fox, 26, of 40 Pearson Avenue, Milford. Police took custody of Zachary Labbe, 23, of Milford and Michael Fox, 21, of Milford on Oct. 31 and charged them with home invasion, first-degree assault, conspiracy to commit home invasion, conspiracy to commit assault, third-degree conspiracy to commit strangulation and conspiracy to interfere with an emergency call.
Police are searching for this man, Thomas Hart for his involvement in a Milford home invasion that took place Oct. 26.
Police say their investigation revealed that a male and female victim were inside the residence on Kenmore Lane when several men whom they knew entered the home and assaulted them.
The male victim suffered several fractured bones and was treated at a local hospital for his injuries. The female victim was assaulted and strangled but did not require medical attention.
During the investigation, police identified the four suspects and obtained warrants for their arrest.
Both Labbe and Fox were held in lieu of a $250,000 bond and transported to Milford Superior Court GA for arraignment on Monday, Nov. 3.
