Milford police arrested Heather Cullen, 43, of Milford and Eric Manley, 47, of West Haven on drug charges after detectives observed suspicious activity inside a vehicle on Oct. 4.
Police, with the assistance of the Milford Police Department’s K-9 Cedar, located crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle, which was located on Woodmont Road.
Police say Cullen allegedly attempted to destroy additional crack cocaine she had hidden on her person. They say that Cullen was combative, resisting police efforts and providing false information regarding her identity during her arrest. Manley was also found in possession of crack cocaine.
Cullen is charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, destruction of evidence, interfering with police, and criminal impersonation. She was held on a $5,000 bond at the time of her arrest.
Manley is charged with possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 28.
