The Milford Arts Council and Milford Public Library will present a Collaborative exhibit; The Art of Children’s Book Illustrators, at the Center for the Arts, 40 Railroad Avenue, October 7 to November 14.
The exhibit will include published and aspiring illustrators. Art will include published pieces as well as work that shows the artistic process.
A “Meet the Illustrators” reception will be held on Saturday, Oct. 11, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Center for the Arts.
Illustrators and some authors will be on hand to meet with visitors and answer questions about their artwork.
In addition, some books and prints will be for sale.
The family friendly reception will also include a book raffle.
Coffee, juice and donuts will be served.

In addition Milford Arts Council and Milford Public Library will present a collaborative story time at the Center for the Arts on Wednesday, Oct. 15, at noon.
Meet at the Milford Public Library, 57 New Haven Avenue, and walk to the Center for the Arts for a story and a craft. Bring lunch, Milford Arts Council will provide juice boxes and cookies.
