Debra Fellenbaum
Deputy Registrar of Voters Debra Fellenbaum was named this month’s city employee of the month.
After a review of all of the nominations, the selection committee unanimously selected her as the winner for bringing a high level of enthusiasm to her position as deputy registrar.
According to a city press release, Fellenbaum’s enthusiasm is “evidenced by her pleasant demeanor, positive attitude and work ethic, as well as outstanding customer service.”
Fellenbaum began her career with the City of Milford as a checker in 1995 and then was appointed deputy registrar in October 2011.
As deputy registrar, Fellenbaum’s “excellent attention to detail prompted her to introduce systems and checklists that ensure that election preparations and elections run efficiently. She proficiently manages the involved process of recruiting, training and assigning poll workers.”
Fellenbaum’s capable demeanor contributes to the cohesive working atmosphere of the registrar’s office and is a true asset to the community of Milford, city officials said.
