Probabtion violation
Milford police arrested Gregory Gagliardi, 44, of Hamden on a warrant for his arrest on Sept. 3.
Police accuse Gagliardi of violating his court-appointed probation. Gagliardi is charged with violation of probation.
Bond was set for $10,000 for court on Sept. 30.
Breach of peace
Milford police arrested Stephen Bowers, 25, of Stratford on Sept. 4 after they received a complaint regarding a disturbance at Wendy’s on Old Gate Lane.
Investigation led to the arrest of Bowers, who is accused of damaging a glass door at the business.
Bowers is charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 30.
Shoplifting
Milford police issued an arrest warrant for Candace Kiley, 27, of New Haven on Sept. 4 after they completed an investgation into a July 27 complaint of shoplifting that occurred at the Sears at the CT Post Mall.
Police accuse Kiley of taking approximately $300 worth of merchandise from the store without paying for it. Police say that Kiley allegedly struck a store employee while leaving the scene and drove her vehicle in a reckless manner through the parking lot as she fled.
Kiley is charged with sixth-degree larceny and reckless driving.
She was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 30.
