Join the Milford Prevention Council and The Woodruff Family YMCA’s Superhero 5k Fun Run and Family Day at 631 Orange Avenue in Milford on Sunday, Sept. 21, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The event is family friendly and all ages are welcome to participate in a 5K race and a 1K obstacle course that will challenge all kids, aged 17 and under.
